SHIPPING & RETURNS Shipping Policy At Hill Haven Handmade, we want to make sure you receive your beautiful fabric accessories and bags as quickly as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Return & Exchange Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hill Haven Handmade. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. WELCOME TO HILL HAVEN handmade I've always been creative, but after "retiring" from my job as a landscape architect to be a stay-at-home mama, I found my creative outlet through sewing. Instead of using the traditional patterns I saw my mom sew with, I taught myself through online tutorials and much trial and error. Some things worked; some didn't. But I was always learning. Their bold, colorful, and eclectic designs make my accessories stand out from the rest. Let me bring a touch of whimsy and playfulness to your wardrobe with my unique creations. MEET AMBER During Covid, I found my escape with my sewing machine set up in the garage of our small townhome. I discovered the joy of "therapetic sewing" and made over 1,000 masks to donate. In 2021, I rediscovered craft fairs and decided to take a leap. Hill Haven Handmade was born. I didn't realize quite what challenges lay before me, but with the support of my wonderful husband and family I am growing along with the business! I love getting to sew everyday. It fills my cup to see my customers fall in love with my products. And I even enjoy learning all the unexpected things I didn't realize I would have to learn (like how to use Instagram and how to make a website!).
