Shipping Policy
At Hill Haven Handmade, we want to make sure you receive your beautiful fabric accessories and bags as quickly as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hill Haven Handmade. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
